To mark the sixth anniversary of opening our waste to energy facility, we are running two open days. Come and see the inside of a working power station and learn more about how we separate any materials that are recyclable, and send them off for treatment, and then process unrecyclable waste into power and heat.
You will see many operational parts of our site, including the control room, you will see our unique tug and barge operation in full flow, and the waste being processed.
